An Indoor-Outdoor Pediatric Therapy Space in Lakeland, Florida
Where therapy flows naturally → supporting children through relationship-based, sensory-informed services.
At Playspring, we believe that growth and development begin in the right environment. Inspired by the quiet strength of natural springs, our name reflects more than just a place … it reflects a way of being.
Natural springs are steady, life-giving, and deeply connected to their surroundings. They don’t rush or force their way forward. They emerge when the conditions are just right. Playspring was created with that same intention: to offer a space where therapy flows naturally, guided by the needs of each child, the presence of a caring professional, and the calming rhythm of nature.
Here, therapy doesn’t feel clinical. It feels organic, nurturing, and responsive. The space itself is part of the process: sensory-informed, nature-connected, and purposefully designed to support regulation, movement, and connection. Whether it’s a child playing barefoot in the sunshine or a therapist meeting a moment with quiet attunement, Playspring is where growth bubbles up—gently, steadily, and in its own time.
It started with a simple question: What would it feel like to offer therapy in a space that truly supports the work—rather than working around its limitations?
Playspring was born from the belief that environment matters deeply. Pediatric professionals often make do with noisy clinics, fluorescent lighting, or rigid office spaces that don’t match the sensory and emotional needs of the children they serve. Parents feel this too → rushed transitions and crowded waiting rooms.
Here, things are different. Playspring was intentionally designed to be a calm, sensory-informed environment, where therapy unfolds at a child’s pace and professionals can focus on connection, not logistics.
Treeline Enrichment has brought its occupational therapy services to Playspring, where the indoor-outdoor environment reflects their commitment to relationship-based, sensory-informed care. As a neurodiversity-affirming practice with deep expertise in sensory integration, regulation, and play, Treeline supports children through meaningful, movement-rich therapy that honors each child’s unique rhythm and strengths.
“After years of offering exclusively outdoor therapy services, we saw firsthand the power of nature to support regulation, connection, and growth. But we also recognized a need for flexible indoor space that could expand our ability to meet kids where they are. Playspring gives us the best of both worlds: a cozy, thoughtfully designed indoor setting and an outdoor space where children can move freely, explore, and thrive. It’s a place that feels both grounded and alive, just like the children we support.”
— Angela Rosenburg, OTD, OTR/L, Owner of Treeline Enrichment
Treeline’s forest play programs will continue to take place at their original outdoor location in Plant City, Florida.
We believe that transformation is rooted in presence, safety, and connection. It lives in the in-between moments: a child choosing to try again, a parent exhaling in a space that feels calm and supportive, a therapist able to focus fully on the relationship, not the rush.
In the future, Playspring may open its doors to additional pediatric professionals who are seeking more than just a room—they’re looking for a home base that aligns with how they want to practice.
